A lot of online artists start young-- and by the time they're old enough to make money, they don't realize there's a lot of hoops to jump through.

In the age of online raffles, group contests, and more, it's important to remember that there are still laws applicable-- and nobody wants to explain that they aren't running a racketeering front, they're just selling fursona adopts.

I tossed this together to help give a very loose outline of what to avoid when advertising giveaways, and the definitions of words a lot of people consider interchangeable.
